THROUGH SARA'S EYES
Ana’s production skills extend far past the motion and still shoots at which she excels. The woman is a machine. I work alongside her every minute of every day, and truly do not know how she does it. She can remember a three page to do list in her head (if I don’t write it down, it won’t happen), at any given moment knows what beautiful meals she’s going to prepare for her family every night of the week to come (she’s also very food motivated) and can somehow be fully present on a creative call while simultaneously bathing a toddler or walking her dog. She has the best style (think New York business meets West Coast casual paired with an eclectic shoe). Her sense of humor is unmatched. She looks sophisticated, but can keep up with the best of them. Any production is lucky to have her at the forefront!

THROUGH ANA EYES
Sara - the most motherly of us all, and that’s saying something. Her attention to detail is like no other. Did you mention a favorite food from a vacation in passing? She’ll have it on set for your birthday that you didn’t tell her was coming up. The most meticulous note taker, she’ll amaze you with her bullet points and communication. Sara is the epitome of down to earth, and her kids aren’t the only ones that call her “mom.”

Desiree is our freak in the sheets! Google Sheets that is…
She’s from Philly, so she only drinks “wooder” - not water (read it out loud). With a background in Film & TV, Desirée has an incredible ability to communicate and understand what every department needs in order to do their job to the max, and makes sure that all things are considered and handled entirely. She's usually the one on set that has all of the answers - regardless as to if the question is about the job, or life!

Alex is everyone’s safe space. Hailing from the client side, her perspective on what makes a shoot successful is invaluable. Whip smart and pure of heart, she’s like the Energizer Bunny—always on the move, here one second and somewhere else the next, going above and beyond to make sure everyone has what they need. And don’t be fooled by her laser sharp focus, when the energy calls for a theatrical rendition of something Sondheim, she won’t miss a beat. Whether she’s problem-solving, organizing, or creating, she notices the little things that others might miss. And never without a smile.

there’s no request too wild for him to handle. His resource game? Unmatched. Need a hidden gem restaurant rec? He’s got you. Wondering if that lip color really suits your vibe? He’ll kindly (but firmly) tell it like it is. And somehow, while making sure you're having the best time on set, he's effortlessly wrangling our rockstar crew of PAs and coordinators without missing a beat. Bravo, Tiziano!
